No Refunds. Store Credit or Exchange only!
Our Policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by, unfortunately we can't offer you store credit or exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, your item must be unworn and in the same condition that you purchased it. Tags must be attached and you must have your original receipt for in store purchases.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. We will send you a digital gift card to use on our website.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We hope to offer return labels one day as we grow in the future.
Malibu Friday is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
